After claiming that a Bali salon “murdered” her hair, a reality TV star issued a tearful warning.
Ruby Ennor, a Love Island Australia contestant, took to TikTok to share her alleged horror hair experience, in which her long blonde locks were severely damaged and cut short.

Ruby Ennor is currently in Bali and decided to get her hair done at a well-known and reputable hair salon with two locations on the Indonesian island, according to her.
The 25-year-old Gold Coast resident claimed to have visited Jet Black Ginger salon in Canggu, Bali, which has 20,000 Instagram followers and impressive transformation photos.
Ruby Ennor, who appeared on Love Island Australia season three, was devastated after she claimed the salon “fried” her hair with bleach, forcing her to cut her hair “super short.”

“I made a TikTok yesterday about when blondes go to the hairdresser and get a colour they don’t like.
“That happened to me, so I returned to the salon today, and they promised to fix it.” So we put some foil on top and then used a toner.
“They’re drying my hair, and as one side of my hair is drying, I go to touch it, and… [the] ends of my hair are cooked.”
“I cut that much off my hair yesterday, and I’m sitting there in the chair thinking, ‘Oh my god, what have you done to my ends?'”
“‘Oh, we’ll cut it that much,’ she says. I told her I had already cut that much off the day before and didn’t want to have to cut any more off.
“It should have been healthy because I had so much cut off the day before.” She summons the man, who explains that it’s because we bleached it.

“We didn’t bleach the ends of my hair, we bleached up here at the top of my head,” I explained. I’m crying right now.
“It was the first time I’d ever cried in the chair of a hairdresser.” He says, “We’ll cut that much off.” I want long hair, but my hair is currently broken.
“I’m laughing and crying.” The manager returns with a small lip balm-sized treatment and says, “We’d like to offer you this on the house.”
“I requested a refund because I was going to have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.” They agreed, but it’s not about money at all.
“It’s because they’ve murdered my hair.”
She showed off the ends of her hair while visibly upset in the video.
In a subsequent video, she responded to questions about why she had her hair done in Bali rather than at home.
“A lot of you are asking why I got my hair done in Bali in the comments,” she said.

“This salon was legit; their Instagram has 20,000 followers, and their hair transformation posts look great.” I don’t know why mine turned to sh*t.
“Also, many of you are wondering why I would get foils the next day. It’s because when I went to them with my problem, they told me to come back in and we’d fix it.
“I’m not a hairdresser, and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.” They simply stated that you should return and we would lighten it for you.

“They never said it’ll fry your hair. If they had said, “Just so you know, your hair will be a lot more damaged and you’ll have to chop more off,” I would have said, “OK, don’t need it, I’ll stick with what I’ve got.”
“They never said your hair will sizzle. They didn’t say it was bad for your hair.”
Ruby’s followers advised her on products to help her hair recover.
“I don’t even want to look at [my hair] right now, it’s not it,” she explained.
“I’ll get over it, I promise.” But I’m not ready to let it go just yet.
